PM’s Punjab tour canceled

There has been a big lapse in security during the Punjab tour. The Union Home Ministry has given this information. The ministry said in a statement that this morning PM Modi reached Bathinda, from where he was to go by helicopter to the National Martyrs Memorial located at Hussainiwala. But due to rain and poor visibility, the PM waited for about 20 minutes for the weather to clear. It reported that when the weather did not improve, it was decided that he would visit the National Martyrs Memorial by road, which was to take more than 2 hours.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will start the BJP’s election campaign in Punjab by holding an election rally in Ferozepur and will also give many gifts to the state. These include the Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway, the PGI Satellite Center at Ferozepur and two new medical colleges at Kapurthala-Hoshiarpur. However, due to the opposition of farmers’ organizations, the possibility of disturbance in the rally has increased. At the same time, it has started raining in Firozpur.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally in Punjab’s Ferozepur has been cancelled. The decision has been taken to cancel the rally due to bad weather. Due to heavy rains in Firozpur, PM Modi’s rally will not be held now.
