Sawan Mangla Gauri Vrat 2022: पुराणों के अनुसार, भगवान शिव-पार्वती को श्रावण माह अति प्रिय है. इसलिए मंगला गौरी व्रत श्रावण माह के मंगलवार को ही किया जाता है.
Sawan Mangla Gauri Vrat 2022 Udyapan: Mangala Gauri Vrat is observed on Tuesdays of Sawan. It is believed that by observing the fast, problems related to married life end and children get happiness. This year the first Mangla Gauri fast of Sawan is falling on 19th July. Udyapan of Mangala Gauri Vrat is done in the Shukla Paksha of Sawan month. This year there are 4 Tuesdays in Sawan, which is considered a very auspicious coincidence.
This fast is considered very auspicious for the married people. In this fast, Udyapan is performed on 17th Tuesday after 16 Tuesdays or on 21st Tuesday after 20 Tuesdays. Mangala Gauri fast without Udyapan is fruitless.
Mangla Gauri Puja Vrat Udyapan Vidhi
After fasting for sixteen or twenty Tuesdays, do Udyapan of Mangala Gauri fast on Tuesday.
First of all, wake up early in the morning and take bath and wear red colored clothes.
Keep fast on the day of Udyapan and worship in alliance.
Tie a banana pole on all four legs of a post. Then establish the Kalash as per the procedure and establish the golden idol of Mangala Gauri on top of the Kalash as much as possible.
Offering sari, blouse, odhani, nath and suhag items to the mother, worship as usual and listen to the story.
After this, after remembering Ganeshaadi, worship Gauri with this name mantra ‘Srimgalagaurai Namah’ and perform aarti with sixteen lamps.
After this, according to the vow, feed any pandit or priest and sixteen married women.
On the last Tuesday, a married woman along with the whole family should perform Havan along with her husband.
Include the whole family and relatives in Purnahuti and perform aarti at the end.
Put rice and dakshina in a brass vessel and give it to the Brahmin.
In the end, after touching the feet of your mother-in-law, give her sixteen laddus, jewellery, clothes and honey boxes in a silver vessel.
In this way, by following and doing Udyapan Mangala Gauri Vrat, married women do not get Vaidya.
