As many as 4 vehicles have reached the spot after receiving a call from the fire brigade and efforts are on to control the fire. According to the information received, a huge fire broke out in a shop called Raipur Bhajiya House on Khokhra Circle in a crowded area of Ahmedabad city. Crowds of people had gathered at the scene following the incident. The fire also engulfed 4 to 5 nearby shops. Fire brigade team reached the spot and started efforts to control the fire.

Crowds of people had gathered as soon as the fire broke out, prompting a convoy of Khokhra police to reach the spot and evacuate the crowd so that the fire department team could carry out its work. Attempts are currently being made to extinguish the fire with the help of firefighters. Live videos of the event are also circulating on social media. There was no word on how the fire started.
