7th Pay Commission: Central employees may get Holi gift, dearness allowance may increase, good news

New Delhi: Central Government Employees can get Holi gift before Holi. It is being said that the Modi government is preparing to increase the dearness allowance of central employees (7th Pay Commission DA Hike). This gift can be received even before Holi. It is being claimed that Dearness Allowance can increase by about 3 percent. At present it is 31 per cent and it is expected to be increased to 34 per cent.
If this happens, then more than 50 lakh government employees of the central government and more than 65 lakh pensioners will get the benefit. According to the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission, the government calculates DA on the basic salary.

Risk allowance of defense civilian employees increased
According to a report, the Central Government has increased the Risk Allowance of Defense Civilian employees. This allowance is according to different posts. The risk allowance has been increased from about Rs 1000 to Rs 8000 on an annual basis. After the amendment, now unskilled workers will be given risk allowance of Rs 90 per month. While semi-skilled personnel will get a risk allowance of Rs 135, skilled personnel Rs 180, non-gazetted officer Rs 408 and gazetted officer Rs 675 per month. This increase will be considered effective from 3 November 2020.
