A fortnight ago, the Ahmedabad Cyber Cell nabbed 3 scammers from Surat and 1 from Ahmedabad who were involved in a multi-crore scam in the name of Bultron Coin. Two out of 3 bhejabajos in Surat are notorious for playing in the name of cryptocurrency. Accused Altaf Wadhwania launched a new coin in Ahmedabad after he was released on bail on charges of flipping a coin in the name of NCR coin.
Bulletron coin scam figure reaches Rs 50 crore
According to the details received, Raju Shikhabhai Lukhi (Res. Sai Shraddha Apartment, Sudama Chowk, Mota Varachha – Original Palitana, Bhavnagar), Altaf Amir Ali Wadhwaniad (Res. Road), Vijay Shantilal Patel (Res. Nawa Phalia, Dungra, Kamarej) and Zulfiqar Barkat Ali Halani (Res. Sarkhej, Ahmedabad). The gang gave away a number of people’s money to Ohio by giving a double lure scheme in one week. In the Ahmedabad police investigation, the number of bulletron coin scams had reached 50 crores. All four accused have been sent to jail.

Meanwhile, three of the four accused are from Surat and two of them, Altaf Wadhwania and Vijay Patel, are notorious for committing cryptocurrency scams. According to basic sources, Altaf Wadhwania was booked in the year 2018 at the Sarthana police station in Surat for swindling crores in the name of NCR coin. In the much talked about case, the Surat Crime Branch arrested Altaf and sent him to jail. However, Bhejabaj Altaf, who was released on bail along with his accomplices, launched a bulletin coin in Ahmedabad and made hundreds of people invest in it. Similarly, accused Vijay Patel was heavily involved in BitPower, CNBC and GACB coins. It is learned that Vijay met Ankur Khokhar and Jitu Vaghasia and played big games in the name of crypto.
