The BCCI has said that the first match of the T20 series between India and Bangladesh will no longer be played at Dharamshala. It will be organized in Gwalior. Recently a new cricket stadium has been built in Gwalior. The BCCI has also made changes to the India-England series.
T20 matches will be played here
In fact, the first match of the T20 series between India and Bangladesh was scheduled to be played on October 6 at Dharamshala. But here the work of upgrading the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association is going on. For this reason the first T20 match has been shifted to Gwalior. Shrimant Madhavrao Scindia Stadium in Gwalior is ready. This is the new stadium of the city. So, now the first T20 match between India and Bangladesh will be played here.
The Bangladesh team will play two Tests and three T20 matches
The first Test between India and Bangladesh will be played from September 19 in Chennai and the second Test from September 27 in Kanpur. The first match of the T20 series will be played in Gwalior on October 6. The second match will be played in Delhi and the third match will be played in Hyderabad.
There has also been a change in India-England schedule
The T20 series between India and England has also been changed. Actually England cricket team will visit India in January 2025. Here he has to play a series of five T20Is and three ODIs. The first T20 match between India and England will be played on January 22 and the second on January 25. The first match is to be played in Chennai and the second match is to be played in Kolkata. But now the place of both has been changed. Now the first match will be played in Kolkata and the second match will be played in Chennai.
