Rain forecast / 'For the next 5 days, the sea will not be plowed', due to the trough coming from Rajasthan, rain will set in North Gujarat now
The weather department has predicted universal rainfall in the state in the near future. Besides, sporadic rain has also been predicted in some talukas.
Ramashray Yadav, a scientist of the Meteorological Department, predicted heavy rain in North Gujarat today. So today heavy rain is predicted in Banaskantha, Sabarkantha, Aravalli and Mahisagar.
A yellow alert has been issued for heavy rain in North Gujarat tomorrow. It is predicted due to rain trough coming from Rajasthan. Along with this, moderate rain has been predicted in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. So the fishermen have been instructed not to plow the sea for the next 5 days.
Ramashray Yadav, a scientist of the meteorological department, said that scattered rain has been predicted in the state for seven days. Heavy rain has been predicted in Valsad, Navsari, Daman and Nagar Haveli in South Gujarat.
The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in Saurashtra, North Gujarat including Bhavnagar, Banaskantha, Sabarkantha, Navsari, Daman. While there has been a warning of rain with thunder in all talukas of the state for the next three days. Also fishermen have been warned not to plow the sea for the next five days.
