The Threads app comes at a time when Twitter has announced new rules on the app.

Twitter issued a new decree
Actually, Twitter had fixed the number of posts of users without blue tick and now the company has banned the use of tweetdeck by users without blue tick. There is a lot of opposition to these decisions of Musk and users are also looking for an alternative to Twitter. In such a case, launching a new Meta app can be a profitable deal.

Musk wrote a letter threatening Meta
Now Twitter CEO Elon Musk has also broken his silence about the Thread app. His lawyer Alex Spiro has written to Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg threatening to take him to court. They accuse Meta of misappropriating Twitter’s trade secrets and other intellectual property. Not only this, Zuckerberg has also been accused of hiring dozens of ex-Twitter employees.

According to media reports, the letter states that Meta has hired employees who had access to Twitter’s trade secrets and other confidential information. He said that these people still have confidential information of Twitter. Elon Musk responded to a tweet warning Meta that competition is fine, not cheating.

At the same time, Meta has claimed in its defense that there are no ex-Twitter employees on the Threads engineering team. Meta spokesperson Andy Stone said in a Threads post that there is no such thing. There are no former Twitter employees on our Threads engineering team.
