The minimum temperature of Naliya reached 4.2 degrees. Bhuj’s temperature was recorded at 10.8 degrees. The temperature in many cities of the state has reached 10 degrees. Cold flashes are being seen in many districts of the state.

Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar experienced intense cold as the temperature dropped to 10 and 8.7 degrees respectively. People living in most cities of the state felt the chill in the late night and early morning with the minimum temperature hovering around 12 degrees. The Meteorological Department has said that there is a possibility of cold wave in various parts of Kutch during the next two days.

Kankaria Carnival was inaugurated by Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel

The Kankaria carnival has started colorfully from today. It was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of the state, Bhupendra Patel. The carnival will last till December 31. The carnival, which will be organized on the theme Azadi ka Amrit Mohotsav, will be given free entry to the public. All tourists visiting the carnival will have to compulsorily follow the Corona guidelines. All people will get entry with mandatory mask. It is worth mentioning that Kankaria Carnival has started from today. Kankaria Carnival has been opened by CM Bhupendra Patel at 6.30 pm. The carnival will continue from today till December 31 with a large number of people coming to enjoy the Kankaria carnival. It was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of the state, Bhupendra Patel. The carnival will last till December 31.
