This incident which raised eyebrows is from Vasai Road railway station in Palghar district of Maharashtra. A young man was with his wife and two children on platform number 5 of the railway station. In the CCTV, it is seen that the youth is seen circling the platform. He watches the train coming to the platform.

As the train approaches, he wakes up his sleeping wife and throws her in front of the train. A woman dies due to falling under the train. The accused youth runs away from the platform with his two children and belongings.

Railway Assistant Commissioner of Police Bhajirao Mahajan said that a woman has died after being cut off by the Oudh Express. The woman was thrown under the train by her husband. After killing his wife, the young man ran away with the children. The accused was seen boarding a train to Dadar and from there to Kalyan. The police have started searching for the accused.
