In the meantime, the Chief Minister went out to find a solution to the drought situation in the state. It is being informed by sources that Nitish left for air tour of several districts including Jehanabad, Arwal.

Meanwhile, his helicopter had to make an emergency landing due to bad weather. Farmers’ crops were ruined in many districts due to low rainfall in Bihar. Due to which CM Nitish was going to review the drought situation.

Administration in action

After CM Nitish landed in Gaya, the district administration swung into action. Then arrangements were made to return to Patna via CM Road. Guyana DM Dr. Thyagarajan said that the CM’s helicopter has been landed in Gaya due to bad weather. Bihar Chief Secretary Amir Subhani is also present along with CM Nitish.

National Executive Meeting on 29

Meanwhile, the JD(U) national executive meeting will be held on August 29. It is believed that the current political situation may be discussed in the meeting.
