In Surat, the court sentenced the person who committed the act of rape and murder against the child girl to be hanged, stoned to death and buried in a pit.

On July 20, the court sentenced the accused Ramprasad Singh, who committed an act of rape against the nature of a three-year-old girl in Puna village of Surat, killed her by hitting her head with a stone and buried her in a pit. The judgment of this case was pronounced today. In which Naradham has been sentenced to death. Chief District Public Prosecutor Nayan Sukhdwala prosecuted the entire case against the accused. In which more than 15 documentary evidences were presented.

A cruel man buried the girl

The most shocking thing about this case is that the accused killed the girl weighing approximately 7 kg by placing a stone weighing more than 15 kg. The latter was buried in a nearby pit. A heavy stone placed on the girl’s chest caused one side of the child’s rib to sit and the other side to rise.

The case went on after a quick charge sheet

According to the details of the case, the accused carried out the demonic act on April 13 by picking up the girl from near the house and taking her to a deserted place. The accused was identified with the help of CCTV cameras and the police nabbed him. After a quick charge sheet, the case went on and the court convicted him on July 20 in the case of murder and pox. When today Surat Additional District and Sessions Court Judge D. P. Gohil sentenced Ramprasad Ufe Llansingh Maheshingh Goun to death.

Also ordered to pay compensation of three lakhs

Public prosecutor Nayan Sukhdwala said that the CCTV face recognition and medical evidence of the accused proved to be important in the case. The court has also ordered the death penalty to be given to the accused and compensation of three lakhs to the victim’s family.

Judgment was given in 104 days

Within a few days of the incident, the police arrested the accused and the accused was identified. The public prosecutor further said that the police also got the information from the accused about the place where the accused was buried after committing rape and an act against nature on the girl and based on that, the accused received this punishment today. He added that the verdict was delivered within a few days of the incident i.e. 104 days in total.

Poor like rich

The public prosecutor said that I had argued in the court that this was a child from a poor family. At night, while her mother and father were sleeping on the road in the naked state, the accused passed by and carried the child away as if he had been bitten by the worm of lust. All of them, including the Tantra Police Court, worked very hard to bring justice to the poor family and today this verdict has come. Nayanbhai Sukhdwala further added that the poor family was given the same facility as the rich get and I have presented this argument in the court as well.

Bharuch judgment cited

Nayan Sukhdwala said that Supreme Court and High Court judgments were cited in this case. Along with this, the case of Shambhu Padhiar of Bharuch was also kept. In which an act against nature was done with a four-year-old child. However, in this case, the accused along with the girl child committed an act against nature and killed her and buried the body. So I said in the argument that this case is more serious than the Shambhu Padhiyar case. Based on which the verdict has been given by the court today.
