Shivsena: Uddhav Thackeray took big action against Eknath Shinde! removed from this position in the party

Uddhav Thackeray has removed Eknath Shinde from the post of leader of Shiv Sena party. Uddhav Thackeray had to resign from the post of Chief Minister of Maharashtra due to the rebellion of Eknath Shinde.

Who will control Shiv Sena in Maharashtra, it is not clear yet. On one hand both Uddhav Thackeray and on the other hand Eknath Shinde are making their claim on Shiv Sena. Amidst this fierce battle of claims, Uddhav Thackeray took a big decision on Friday evening. Uddhav Thackeray has removed the newly appointed Chief Minister of Maharashtra Eknath Shinde from the post of Shiv Sena leader in the party organization. A letter issued by the party said that Udvav Thackeray said that Eknath Shinde has been involved in “anti-party activities” and has voluntarily given up his membership. The letter said, “In exercise of the powers vested in me as Shiv Sena Paksha Chief, I remove you from the post of Shiv Sena leader in the party organisation.”

Eknath Shinde has not yet called himself party chief

Even though no initiative has been seen from the Eknath Shinde faction to control the party, but the fact is that he has never described himself as the chief of Shiv Sena in this entire controversy. So far, in the statements issued by Eknath Shinde, it has been said that he is the leader of Shiv Sena and most of the MLAs of the party are with him, while the Uddhav Thackeray camp is a minority in this matter.

Shiv Sena Chief Minister does not believe in Uddhav Eknath Shinde!

Earlier this afternoon, Uddhav Thackeray attacked the BJP and Eknath Shinde fiercely. Uddhav Thackeray said, “Those who did not fulfill their promise two-and-a-half years ago and stabbed Shiv Sena in the back… they are once again creating suspicion among Shiv Sainiks by calling (Shinde) the Chief Minister of Shiv Sena. He (Shinde) is not the chief minister of Shiv Sena. By keeping Shiv Sena separate, there can be no chief minister of Shiv Sena.”

Uddhav Thackeray asked the BJP why it had earlier denied that two-and-a-half years ago there was no agreement on rotational chief ministership. He said that if the BJP had obeyed, then the change of power would have happened in a gracious and dignified manner. He also asked what did the BJP gain from this when it does not have its own chief minister for the rest of the term. Thackeray said Eknath Shinde “is not the chief minister of the Shiv Sena”.
