Shooter Santosh Jadhav nabbed by police in Sidhu Musewala murder case

Maharashtra’s Pune police have arrested shooter Santosh Jadhav in connection with the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Musewala. It also arrested a suspected Jadhav accomplice involved in the massacre. Preliminary details are coming out that the accused has been arrested from Gujarat. Additional Director General (Law and Order) Kulwant Kumar Sarangal is likely to give details about the arrest to the media on Monday (today). Jadhav, a member of the gangster Lawrence Bishnoi gang lodged in Delhi’s Tihar Jail, has been arrested in connection with a 2021 murder case registered at the Manchar police station in Pune district, police said. He had been absconding for a year. His name and that of Nagnath Suryavanshi came up in the Musewala massacre.
Pune police had sent two teams to Gujarat and Rajasthan to search for Jadhav
Pune Rural Police has expedited their search and arrested Siddhesh Kamble alias Mahakal, accused of harboring Jadhav after his 2021 murder. Pune Rural Police arrested Mahakal, a member of the Bishnoi gang, in a MCOCA case registered at the Manchar police station last week. He was also questioned by the Special Cell of Delhi Police and Punjab Police in the Musewala murder case. Mumbai Police had also questioned Mahakal in connection with a threatening letter written to screenwriter Salim Khan and his actor son Salman Khan. Pune police last week sent several teams to Gujarat and Rajasthan to search for Jadhav.
