There were reports of violence from many states of the country on the occasion of Ram Navami on Sunday. In many areas from Gujarat, Jharkhand to West Bengal and Madhya Pradesh, there is an atmosphere of tension after violent clashes and attacks on processions. Meanwhile, now AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi has expressed outrage over this incident. In his tweet, he targeted the police, Hinduist organizations and religious leaders.

Owaisi furious at Hindutva organizations
Hyderabad MP and AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi alleged that Hinduist organizations carried out violence at different places and instigated the police. He tweeted that Ram Navami procession and Rath Yatra were used to deliver hate speeches against Muslims at many places. He further said that religious leaders spoke of genocide and rape of Muslims. Asaduddin Owaisi also mentioned Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Goa in his tweets. Violent incidents had come to the fore in these states on Ram Navami and a few days before that.
