New Delhi. Neet Paper Leak Case. The Supreme Court has stayed the hearing of cases related to the NEET-UG 2024 dispute in various High Courts. At the same time, the Supreme Court will now hear the matter on July 8.
A bench of Justice Vikram Nath and Justice SVN Bhatti heard the case in the Supreme Court today. The bench heard 14 petitions. Out of these, 10 petitions were filed by 49 students and a student organization called ‘Student Federation of India’.
The remaining four petitions were filed by NTA. NTA has requested that the petition filed in the High Court on this matter be transferred to the Supreme Court.
There will be no hearing in the High Court
The Supreme Court, while hearing the case, has issued a notice to NTA. At the same time, the Supreme Court has stayed the proceedings before the High Court in the cases. Let us tell you that the Supreme Court again reiterated that it will not stop the counseling process.
