'Terrorist behavior with CM Kejriwal, even basic facilities are not available', Bhagwant Mann was emotional after the meeting

After meeting CM Kejriwal, Bhagwant Maan said- It is very sad to see that he (Arvind Kejriwal) is not even getting the facilities that are given to a hardened criminal. What is their crime? That they built hospitals, schools and provided free electricity to the public? They are treating him as if he is a huge criminal.

Jagran Correspondent, New Delhi. Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann met Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal today in Tihar. He was introduced to the forest. CM Mann reached Tihar in a Toyota Land Cruiser vehicle. Four vehicles of his convoy were also parked inside the jail. He alleged that he was not met properly.

After meeting Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in Tihar Jail, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann came out and said that he was allowed to meet him for only 30 minutes. He was on one side of the mirror and Kejriwal on the other. The glass was also dirty. In such a situation, he could not see Kejriwal’s face properly. They talked to each other through telephone. It was very sad to see them.

Not even getting facilities like hardcore criminals: Bhagwant
He said that the facilities which are given to those who are hardcore criminals have not been given to Kejriwal. He is being treated like the country’s biggest terrorist. What is their fault? Mohalla clinic banana, school banana, free bijli dena kya yah unka kasoor hai?

Showing the jail manual, Mann said that Sonia Gandhi visited Chidambaram Sahib when he was inside the jail. He used to sit in a room and talk one to one, but now he is being met through the mirror. Prakash Singh Badal also used to meet in one room. He said that Kejriwal asked him how are the people of Punjab? Are the schools being built there, is the electricity free?

Kejriwal will review the work of ministers in jail
Mann said that Kejriwal has told him that he will now call two ministers to the jail every week and review their work. He has appealed to all workers and MLAs to visit people at their homes. He has also said that women will also be given a thousand rupees after they come out of jail. Kejriwal has said that the country will survive only if the constitution survives.

Party Discipline Se Chalrahi: Bhagwant
When the media asked him that it is being said that there is a stampede in the party after Kejriwal was jailed? On this, Bhagwant Mann said that the party is running with discipline, there is no stampede. Aam Aadmi Party will emerge as a major force when the election results are announced on June 4.
