Arvind Kejriwal is unwell in Tihar jail, weight is decreasing rapidly after his arrest; 4.5 kg reduced so far

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is unwell and has lost 4.5 kg in weight since he was arrested on March 21. Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) sources have given this information. Tihar Jail officials say that he is fine and the jail doctors have not given any information about his health condition.

What did Tihar Jail officials say?
According to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) sources, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is unwell and has lost 4.5 kg in weight since he was arrested on March 21. However, Tihar Jail officials say he is fine, and jail doctors have not provided any information about his health condition.

Jail administration keeps close watch on diabetes
CM has diabetes problem. In view of this, the jail doctors are paying full attention to his health. To ensure that the blood sugar level does not increase or decrease, doctors are visiting them from time to time to check their condition. If necessary, it is also being investigated.

It is known that CM Kejriwal, arrested in the money laundering case related to Delhi Excise Policy, was presented by the ED in Rouse Avenue Court on Monday i.e. April 1 after his remand ended, from where the court sent him to judicial custody till April 15. After this, he is in Tihar Jail since Monday evening.
