ED's noose on another minister of Kejriwal government in Delhi Excise Policy scam, Kailash Gehlot called for questioning

After the arrest of two big leaders including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the Delhi Excise Policy Scam case, the Enforcement Directorate has made preparations to tighten the noose on more ministers of the Delhi government. Today ED has sent summons to Delhi Transport Minister Kailash Gehlot for questioning in the money laundering case related to the scam. Official sources of ED have confirmed this.

Jagran correspondent, New Delhi. The troubles of Delhi government ministers do not seem to be reducing in the Delhi Excise Policy Scam case. Quoting official sources of the Enforcement Directorate, it is reported that now summons has been sent to Delhi Government Transport Minister Kailash Gehlot.

ED has summoned Kailash Gehlot for questioning in the money laundering case. He is accused of having prepared the draft of Delhi’s new liquor policy.

Vijay Nair used to stay at Kailash Gehlot’s house only.
He is also accused that liquor scam accused Vijay Nair used to come and stay at his house.

No statement has come from Aam Aadmi Party

Till now no side has come forward from Aam Aadmi Party or Delhi Government regarding the summons of Kailash Gehlot.

Kailash Gehlot is MLA from Najafgarh.
Kailash Gehlot is the Aam Aadmi Party MLA from Najafgarh and is the Transport and Law Minister in the Delhi government. Sources say that Kailash Gehlot will be interrogated regarding money laundering in the liquor scam.

These people have been arrested in the scam
More than a dozen people including Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, former Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, MP Sanjay Singh have been arrested in the Delhi Liquor Policy scam case.

The investigation into this case has been going on for two years. Both CBI and ED are investigating this case under corruption and money laundering respectively.
