Arvind Kejriwal Arrest The Delhi High Court on Thursday rejected a public interest petition seeking the removal of Arvind Kejriwal from the post of Chief Minister of Delhi. The court said that there is no need for judicial intervention in the case of Kejriwal’s removal from the post of CM. The court said that we should not enter the political sphere and there is no scope for judicial interference.

Jagran Correspondent, New Delhi. The Delhi High Court has dismissed the PIL filed for the removal of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal from the post of CM.

A bench headed by Acting Chief Justice Manmohan said that the court said that we understand that there may be some practical difficulties. Why should any order be passed? We do not have to give any guidance to the President or the LG. The executive branch implements President’s rule and it is not the job of the courts to guide them.

How can you intervene in this case?
The bench asked the petitioner how the court can intervene in this matter. The bench said that the court is convinced that the executive branch is investigating all this. It may take some time, but they will decide on it. Today the situation is one that was not imagined, but there is no legal prohibition.

Petitioner Surjit Kumar Yadav filed a petition saying that Kejriwal is accused of fraud and should not be allowed to hold government office. He has also demanded to stop Kejriwal from issuing orders from ED custody.
