Three storied building collapses in Ahmedabad's Vejalpur, four people buried, rescue operation underway

A flat in the street of Yasmin Flat near Sonal Cinema in Vejalpur area collapses. Earlier, the goal flat was declared dilapidated. Due to which the families already living there were shifted.

There are reports of the collapse of a three-storey building near Vejalpur Sonal Cinema. The Yasmin Flat near Sonal Cinema has been gutted and the fire department is running. As soon as the incident was reported, the fire brigade reached the spot. Also, the local police have reached the spot.

Efforts are being made to evacuate people trapped in the debris. As per the latest information, all the people are safe and there is no casualty. Now relief and rescue work has been started. On the other hand, the police is collecting information about the flat from the surrounding people.

Because of this, it has been revealed in the preliminary investigation of the police that 8-10 people were buried. However, there is no need to worry now. All people are reported to be safe.
