Gujarat Foundation Day 2023: Chief Minister wishes the first ever Gujarat Foundation Day

The Chief Minister while congratulating Gujarat Pride Day said that May 1st is the proud foundation day of our Gujarat. The Chief Minister said that, under the leadership of our Prime Minister and world leader Narendrabhai Modi, we are celebrating Amritkal, this first Gujarat Pride Day of Amritkal is a pride day of special importance.

The Chief Minister further said that on May 1, 1960, Gujarat came into existence as a separate state and Gujaratis have taken a firm step on the path of development by imitating poet Narmad’s lines of ‘Daglu bharui ke na hatwanu’ by shining their leaven and zamir.

Whether it is an earthquake, flood outbreak or corona epidemic, Gujarati builders have faced every calamity with determination. He added that in the last two decades, under the inspiration and guidance of honorable Prime Minister Narendrabhai, we have given a new definition of development.

Referring to the fact that Gujarat has shown the country and the world as a role model state of development under the leadership of the Prime Minister, the Chief Minister said that, putting immense faith and trust in the leadership of Narendra Modi, the Janata Bhai Janard has given a huge mandate to continue this journey of development of Gujarat. For that, we accept the debt of love from all of you.

On the occasion of the glorious foundation day, the Chief Minister gave confidence to the people of Gujarat and said that we will not let the trust and confidence placed in us by the public and we will fulfill the promises we have made, we will increase the honor of Gujarat.

The total GDP of the country Gujarat’s share is 8.36 percent in the coming years, the Chief Minister expressed his commitment to increase it to more than 10 percent. Mentioning that the government has given the largest historical budget of 3 lakh crores this year, the Chief Minister said that we are going to build world-class infrastructure facilities in Gujarat in the coming years in every field of education, health, security, natural farming, rural development, youth employment.
