Mama rapes Bhaneji- Rape of 10-year-old Bhaneji, 40-year-old accused arrested

Kham village in Maharashtra’s Buldhana district is in a frenzy over news that tarnishes a relationship. A 40-year-old maternal uncle raped her 10-year-old nephew. The police have arrested the accused Mama in this case. According to the victim’s mother’s complaint, the girl’s maternal uncle works in Pune. He had come to spend his vacation at his sister’s house. Meanwhile, one day when he got a chance, he did this heinous act.

On the night of April 8, he gagged his 10-year-old nephew and took him to a spare room where he raped the victim. After this misdeed he immediately ran away from there. The victim informed her mother about the incident. After that the victim’s mother went to the city police station and lodged a complaint.

Khamgam city police have registered a case against accused Mama under section 4,6,8 and POCSO Act related to section 376 (A), 377, 376 (I) of IPC. The accused has been arrested.
