Ban on online betting- The government has banned any game related to betting and betting by introducing new rules related to online gaming on Thursday. Same with that
Minister of State for Information Technology Rajeev Chandrasekhar also presented a model of self-regulatory organization. Chandrasekhar told reporters here that several SROs related to online gaming activity will be formed which will include representatives of all stakeholders. But it will not only have industry representatives.
He said that one is preparing a man that will decide where online games get permission from SRO. SROs will also be numerous.
The decision to permit an online game will be made keeping in mind that the game does not involve any kind of betting or wagering activity/ the SRO will not permit it if it finds out that the online game may involve betting.
