Train arsonist caught - Train arson accused Shahrukh Saifi arrested from Maharashtra

Shahrukh Saifi, the accused from Uttar Pradesh, has been arrested in the Kozhikode-Ilathur train attack case. He was arrested from Maharashtra by the special investigation team from Kerala. It is reported that he ran to a hospital in Maharashtra’s Ratnagiri when he saw the police and then the police arrested him.

Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has praised the Maharashtra government, Maharashtra Police and NIA for arresting accused Shahrukh Saifi. Talking to the media, he said that the person who committed this heinous crime has been caught in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, for this I would like to thank the Government of Maharashtra, Maharashtra Police and NIA for working very quickly and arresting the accused.
