A shocking incident related to cricket has come to light. Here a cricket field was turned into a battlefield. The umpire was heavily punished for giving a no ball. There was a controversy when the umpire gave the no ball. After which an agitated youth killed the umpire. The incident took place in Mahislanda, Odisha. This young man killed the umpire with a sharp weapon and there was an outcry.


We may have seen a dispute between a player and an umpire in a cricket match. One such case came up in real life. Even so, it is often said that a sport should be treated as a sport, but there have been some cases where a sport was not just a sport. Which sometimes people misunderstand as war. Just watched a local cricket match in Mahislanda of Cuttack district in Chaudwar police station area. A controversy arose when the umpire gave the no ball here. After which the youth who became an umpire was killed on Sunday afternoon. The deceased has been identified as Raut, a 22-year-old youth from Mahinda. Accused Muna Raut is absconding after killing the umpire with a sharp weapon.

The match was between under 18 cricket teams


According to the police, a cricket match was held between two under-18 cricket teams from Shankarpur and Berhampuri in Mahislanda. Meanwhile, there was a dispute between the viewers. The controversy started when the umpire declared the ball a no ball on the ground. About which there was a huge controversy between the viewers Lucky Raut and Jaga Raut. Jaga called his brother Muna Raut after the dispute.

Umpire killed for giving no ball


An angry and agitated Muna Raut reached there. Later the umpire was badly beaten with Lucky’s bat. After which Lucky fell on the ground. Muna then stabbed him in the upper chest with a knife and killed him. The seriously injured youth was shifted to hospital for treatment. Where doctors on duty declared him dead.
