Gujarat:A drunkard broke the VVIP gate of Rajkot airport and entered the runway with a rickshaw, there was a commotion among the CISF personnel.

At Rajkot airport, a rickshaw driver suddenly broke through the VVIP gate and reached the runway gate. Then the CISF personnel immediately nabbed the rickshaw driver and interrogated him.

There has been a major lapse in security at Rajkot airport. In which the rickshaw driver broke the VVIP gate and reached the gate of the runway. Immediately the CISF personnel caught him. The police suspect that the rickshaw driver was drunk. The incident took place when the Indigo flight to Bengaluru was still landing. Had the incident happened a little earlier, there was a possibility of a major disaster.

Then Rajkot police reached Rajkot airport with convoy and metal detector, dog cord to prevent any untoward incident. And checking of the entire area was carried out on an immediate basis. Suddenly, the news of the rickshaw entering the airport spread in Rajkot by air, and everyone was taken by surprise.
