In the de-addiction center of Patan, the youth was beaten to death, his genitals were burnt, he died of natural causes and the last rites were performed.
A youth who was undergoing treatment at a de-addiction center in Patan city was killed by the manager of the de-addiction center and his attendants, and later died of natural causes and was cremated. However, after coming across the CCTV, the police registered a case against 7 accused and arrested 6 accused. According to the investigating officer, the accused beat the youth continuously for one and a half hours and later set the body part on fire. Currently, the police is investigating the matter.
The last rites were also performed keeping the family members together
According to the complaint filed by Chandrakant Ambalal Mistry, a resident of Mehsana at B Division Police Station in Patan city, Hardik Suthar, son of his sister, was drunk. He was admitted to the Jayona de-addiction center in Patan for the last six months, but on February 17 Chandrakantbhai received a call from the manager of the de-addiction center that Hardik had stabbed Chappa with his own hand and his BP had dropped, so we are taking him to the hospital. After this, on the next day, the manager told his family that Hardik had died on the phone, and when the family members came to Patan, Hardik’s dead body was found in a field in an eco car. They said that he died due to drop in BP and cremated him with his family members.
The matter came to light when the police checked the CCTV
As the deceased was a hard-hearted carpenter, his father also kept leaving home and was not associated with him socially, no one suspected his death and the whole matter was likely to be suppressed, but P. eye. When Mehul Patel checked the CCTV footage of the de-addiction centre, he found the footage of manager Sandeep Patel and Malnayao Hardik being tied and beaten. As the whole matter came out, the police arrested 6 accused. According to the police officer, the youth tried to commit suicide so that other patients would not do the same, so the accused beat him up.
