Wheat Flour Cheap Rate: Now you will get cheap wheat flour, Modi government's big announcement

Food Secretary Sanjeev Chopra reviewed the rising prices of flour and after this decision has been taken and directions have been given to increase the supply of flour. The food secretary also said that the flour would be delivered to people through mobile vans. Arrangements will be made for this.
The central government has made a big announcement to provide relief to the common man from the rising price of wheat. The government has decided that flour will now be available at government outlets like central depots at lower prices. Wheat flour will be available at only Rs 29.50 per kg at the central warehouse. This lot will be of Bharat Ata brand. It is to be stated here that food secretary Sanjeev Chopra reviewed the rising price of flour and after this decision has been taken and directions have been given to increase the supply of flour. The food secretary also said that the flour would be delivered to people through mobile vans. Arrangements will be made for this. According to the food secretary, the name and price should be written in bold letters. NCCF and NAFED will also sell wheat flour at this rate from February 6.
How many rupees will you get flour?
To state here that the central government has reserved 3 lakh tonnes of wheat flour to cooperative societies, government PSUs, associations like Kendriya Bhandar, NAFED and NCCF at the rate of Rs 23.50 per kg. Bharat Ata can be sold at a maximum price of Rs 29.50 per kg at government outlets.
Lots will be sold through mobile vans
It may be noted that the Food Secretary met with Central Reserves, NAFED, FCI and NCCF. He then decided that the institute would lift up to 3 lakh metric tonnes of wheat from the FCI depot. Then this wheat flour will be prepared. The flour will then be sold to consumers at Rs 29.50 per kg through various retail shops and mobile vans.
Wheat auction begins
To state here that to reduce the price of wheat, the central government has started the auction of wheat. 8.88 lakh metric tonnes of wheat was sold on the first day of auction in 22 states. Bidding was also done in Rajasthan on Thursday. Wheat will continue to be sold through e-auction every Wednesday across the country till the second week of March.
