Tragedy on last day of 2022: Gamkhwar accident in Navsari, 9 killed, 15 injured in car-bus collision
On the last day of the year, a Gozaro accident has come to light in Navsari district. A car traveling from Valsad to Bharuch collided with a luxury bus near Reshma village on National Highway No. 48 in Navsari district. In which 7 people died on the spot and 2 died during treatment. The total death toll is 9.
According to the details, the luxury bus was carrying pilgrims from Pramuchswami Nagar of Ahmedabad and the car was coming from Valsad. So far 9 people have died in this incident. If sources are to be believed, the death toll may rise as the condition of many people is extremely critical.
This private luxury bus was returning from Ahmedabad to Valsad after seeing the centenary festival. When the Fortuner car was going to Bharuch via Valsad. Then suddenly this car jumped the divider and went to the wrong side. Where that car suddenly collided with the bus. And later all the people in the car died on the spot. All these people were working in a pharma company in Bharuch. While all the passengers in the bus are from Valsad.
According to Dysp VN PATEL of Navsari district, 9 people died and some were injured in the incident. One has been shifted to Surat as his condition is very critical. The district administration and police have rushed to the spot after being informed about the incident. The injured have been shifted to Surat and Valsad for immediate treatment.
