Youths threw acid on 12th class student standing with sister, her face badly burnt

New Delhi. In the area of Dwarka district of the capital Delhi, a boy has thrown acid on a 12th student. The girl student has been badly burnt due to the acid attack. The incident took place on Wednesday morning at around 9 am. The victim student has been referred to Safdarjung Hospital. Delhi Police officials have also reached the hospital.

It is being told that the boy and the girl were known to each other. The girl is a student of class XII. After the incident, the Delhi Police team reached the spot and got the girl admitted to Safdarjung Hospital. Delhi Police says that better medical facilities are being given to the victim in the hospital. However, the reason behind throwing acid on the girl is yet to be ascertained.
