At the same time, they were threatening to make the woman’s video viral. However, Parneeta informed her husband about this and the matter reached the police station. Two months after the incident, the Sarkhej police registered a crime under the gang rape clause and arrested Naradham.

The accused in Sarkhej police custody are named Wasim alias Raja Pathan, Anishkhan Pathan and Idrish Ghanchi. The accused dragged the married woman in a rickshaw while she was waiting for her husband late at night 2 months ago and gang-raped her. The accused recorded the video of the rape of a 34-year-old woman in his mobile phone and threatened the woman to make the video viral. Also, it has been mentioned in the complaint that the accused is threatening to kill the complainant’s husband as he knows him.

Talking about the incident of gangrape, the 34-year-old woman has filed a complaint that around 2 months ago, she was standing near the field on the road opposite Amber Tower around 2.30 am waiting for her husband. At that time the accused Waseem alias Raja Pathan came in his rickshaw and along with two other accused Anish and Idris, he was gang-raped simultaneously. However, she did not file a complaint till now after receiving threats to kill her husband and make the video viral.

Two and a half months after the incident, the woman informed her husband about the facts of the entire incident and the matter reached the police station. Where the police have registered a crime and arrested all the accused and have started the process of collecting scientific evidence against the accused.
