It is being told that at the time of the attack, a large number of students were present in the school and were preparing for the examination.

Spokesman Khalid Zadran said an explosion occurred at a center in the Dashti Barchi area early on Friday. Most of Afghanistan’s minority Shia community lives in the area. The blast took place at an educational institution in the Dasti Barchi area, south of Kabul.

Various claims about death

Many students were preparing for exams at the center during the attack. 20 people were killed in the attack, while more than 27 people were seriously injured. Currently, no terrorist organization has claimed responsibility for this attack. However, different claims are being made on social media regarding the death in the attack. Bilal Sarwari has claimed 100 deaths.

In the videos and pictures released by the local media, the blood of those injured in the attack can be clearly seen. After the attack, the security forces reached the spot and the injured were taken out and shifted to the hospital. The Taliban took power in Afghanistan last year after two decades of conflict. Everyone had hope from that, which led to a reduction in violence. But due to recent Islamic currents, the atmosphere is getting disturbed again. Shia Muslims in Afghanistan have been facing persecution for many years.
