Student dies after teacher thrashes him for not doing lesson: 6-year-old student found unconscious outside school, face swollen

In Bihar, a teacher beat up a student so badly that he died for not doing lation. This incident is from Gaya in Bihar. A 6-year-old child living in the same hostel of the school was studying in the third standard.
According to the police, the child was found lying unconscious outside the school gate on Wednesday. His whole face was swollen. His nose was bleeding. The uniform was also torn. He died on the way to the hospital.
The victim was studying in Little Leaders Public School near Badhi Bigha village on Wazirganj-Fatehpur road. His house was 3 km away from the school, so the family put him up in the school’s hostel. After the death of the child, the family raised a ruckus outside the school. After this, the police arrested the director of the school, Vikas Singh, on Wednesday evening. A case of murder under 302 has been registered. The school has been closed after the child’s death. All the children have also been sent home from the hostel.
Having complained of attacks earlier too, we thought no more
Rambalak Prasad, the child’s grandfather, has accused the school of beating and killing the child. He said, he had complained about the beating before, but the school people said that it would not happen again. Everything was fine after that.
The grandfather said his grandson Vivek Kumar was beaten up and thrown out of the school by teacher Vikas Kumar Singh, after which he lay unconscious for hours outside the school. He said, ‘Meanwhile, Bunty Rajwanshi, a resident of my village Ukhada, was passing through the same road. When he found Vivek lying on the side of the road, he took him home. We took him to the school and then to the police station, but the police asked him to get treatment first. Then the child died on the way while being referred to him.’
On reaching the hospital, the child’s face was completely swollen
Dr. Wajirganj CHC. Ravi Shankar Kumar said that Vivek was brought to us in an unconscious state. His whole body was swollen, his family asked for outside treatment. After first aid he was immediately referred to ANMCH.
SHO Ram Iqbal Prasad Yadav said that the victim’s family has accused the child of brutal beating. This is not the first case of a student being beaten to death in a private school in Guyana. Earlier Krishna Prakash, an 8th standard student of GD Goenka School, died.
Krishna Prakash (14), a class 8 student of GD Goenka Public School, died under suspicious circumstances on February 16, the CCTV footage of which has surfaced. It shows Krishna leisurely walking down the school stairs with other children at 2:52 pm. During this time it appears completely normal. Exactly 8 minutes after this, some children found him unconscious in the bus corridor. He is picked up and brought to school and then he dies.
FIR against GD Goenka School in the case of student’s death, school chairman’s mobile switched off
An FIR has been lodged at Chakand Police Station regarding the suspicious death of a student of GD Goenka Public School in Guyana. An FIR has been registered against the school management. Student Krishna Prakash died after fainting in the bus while returning home on Wednesday evening. Now the police have started investigation in this matter. When the school chairman Ravindrasingh’s mobile phone was now switched off.
According to Chakand police station SHO Mrityunjay Kumar, an FIR under sections (302 and others) of murder has been registered against the school management on the application of the student’s father, Chandra Prakash. Further investigation is underway.
