In all respects the Cattle Control Act has been unanimously withdrawn. By taking this decision, the government has maintained the interest of the states. The state government shows readiness as many issues are resolved. Many states have different situations. Every question is solved by discussion.

Congress MLA Raghu Desai said that the Maldhari society had decided not to sell milk on September 21. As a result, 100 lakh liters of milk was stopped in the dairy today. Some Maldhari Samaj distributed milk to the poor people in the hospital today. Tomorrow, the program of feeding cows and giving gram to cattle will continue.

On withdrawing the Stray Cattle Control Act, Congress MLA Lakhabhai Bharwad said that the Cattle Control Bill was introduced on 31-03-2022 without any study. The government later realized that the bill had been introduced by mistake, so the bill was withdrawn today. Alternative arrangements should be made for him to come to Gaumata Road. The government should make an alternative arrangement to prevent incidents like accidents from happening. He further said that our demand is still that this law was brought wrongly. There is no need to introduce this law when there is a law to increase the fine in the case of cattle catching and there is a law to catch.

By bringing this law, the Maldhari society was agitated. In this matter, Maldhari Samaj held a big conference at Shertha. Today the goods have won. It does not matter if there is urbanization in the future, but alternative arrangements for cattle should be made. The demand is for the recall of the maldharis who were sued by the government.
