New Delhi: The Indian Cricket Board has announced the Indian team for the T20 World Cup starting in Australia from October. The team has been selected at a meeting of the All India Selection Committee, chaired by Chetan Sharma today. The Indian team is in the hands of Rohit Sharma. KL Rahul will be seen as a vice -captain.

When is the T20 World Cup starting?

This year’s T20 World Cup is set to begin on October 16, which will be the main event. The final on November 13th. A total of 16 teams are participating in the T20 World Cup. It will be organized in seven cities of Australia. India has got a place in Group-2, besides Pakistan, Bangladesh, and South Africa in the group.
