Kinchit Shah proposed to his girlfriend on the balcony of the Dubai International Stadium after the India-Hong Kong match. Seeing this, his girlfriend jumped happily. At first she was speechless, then she said yes. Not only this, the moment was played on the big screen in the stadium. The fans present in the stadium cheered both of them. Kinchit was born in Mumbai to a diamond merchant father
Kinchit Shah, the vice-captain of the Hong Kong cricket team, was born in Mumbai. Tewa’s father Dewang Shah is a diamond merchant. When Kinchit was three months old, his family moved from Mumbai to Hong Kong. Kinchit was fond of playing cricket. He ran the Hong Kong Cricket Club and bought a team in the Hong Kong T20 Blitz tournament.
Lost the match, but won the heart
Although Kinchit’s team was beaten by 40 runs, he won the heart of his girlfriend. He scored 30 runs in 28 balls. He hit 2 fours and a six in the 50 minute innings.
