• He should have secured more than 50 percent marks in the graduation examination
• He will get the benefit of this assistance only if his maximum age is 35 years
• Age limit is 40 for women
• Online approval will be given by Deputy Director Scheduled Castes Protection Office after applying online.
• The benefit of the scheme will be available to the students after completing the training.

Parents should not hold government jobs

Parents of any student applying should not be in government employment. If the student wants to take advantage of this scheme, then the information about which competitive examination he/she has prepared should also be sent to Scheduled Caste Welfare.

• In which organization should be registered under Public Trust Act Companies Act-2013 or Co-operative Act
• Organization should have 3 years experience and have GST number
• Also the institution should have its own PAN card
• All institutes providing training should have biometric machine for attendance of students.
• The organization should also be registered under the Mumbai Public Trusts Act, 1950.
• Should also be registered under Companies Act 1956.
• The organization should be registered as per Shop and Establishment Act 1948.
• It should be registered as one of the three competitive training institutes.
