ISANPUR:Attempt to hurt religious sentiments in the holy month of Shravan: Calf parts thrown near temple

An attempt was made to inflame the religious sentiments of Hindus during the holy month of Shravan. Leaders and activists of Hindu organizations gathered at the spot after learning about the incident. Following this incident near Isanpur Govindwadi, the matter became heated. Locals have claimed that the act was committed by two men on the Activa.

The people who came on the Activa near Isanpur Govindwadi early this morning threw the cut parts of the cow’s calf and ran away. During the holy month of Shravan, the temple is crowded with pilgrims. Following this incident, crowds of people started gathering at the spot. The incident was reported to the police.

Following the incident, Hindu organizations staged dharna with the call of Isanpur Bandh, which led to traffic jams on the road. Five police cars reached the spot
