In 2022, cities like Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Gandhinagar, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Jamnagar, Kolkata, Chennai, Lucknow, Pune, Delhi and Mumbai will be the first to get 5G service. But the Department of Telecommunication has not officially told which telecom operator will be the first to commercially roll out 5G service in the country.
