'Sushant was addicted to drugs', NCB made serious allegations against Riya Chakraborty in draft chargesheet

Sushant singh rajput drugs case: Riya Chakraborty’s troubles have increased in the Sushant Singh Rajput case. NCB alleges that the actress bought drugs for Sushant Singh Rajput several times and paid for it. There are total 38 charges against 35 accused. There is also an allegation of abetting Sushant to become addicted to drugs. Riya’s brother Shovik has also not got relief.

The troubles of Riya Chakraborty, who was his girlfriend in the Sushant Singh Rajput drugs case, are not taking the name of ending. Riya is still under the radar of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). NCB has drafted charges in the drugs case. In which Riya and 34 other accused have been charged with supplying drugs to high society and Bollywood people. There is also an allegation of abetting Sushant to become addicted to drugs.

Riya Chakraborty in trouble

NCB alleges that Riya bought drugs for Sushant Singh Rajput and paid for them. There are total 38 charges against 35 accused in the case. NCB has claimed in its charge draft that Riya took ganja several times from Samuel Miranda, Shovik Chakraborty, Dipesh Sawant and others. After taking delivery of the ganja, Riya handed it over to the late Sushant Singh Rajput. Riya paid for these deliveries of Ganja during March 2020 to September 2020. According to the draft, Riya has committed an offense under section 8[c] of the NDPS Act 1985 along with 20[b][ii]A, 27A,28, 29 & 30.
