    If the outstanding installment amount of the board is repaid by the beneficiary within 90 days from the implementation of the scheme, 100 per cent penalty will be waived on the outstanding installment amount. Joining this relief package scheme will enable the remaining 64,991 beneficiaries to get the right to own a house. Not only this, the Chief Minister has also decided to reduce the interest on the remaining penalty due to the provision of penalty at the rate of 8% per annum for the beneficiaries who are unable to repay the installment within the time limit of 90 days.
