Mahima was born on 13 September 1973 in Darjeeling. Then Mahima started her career with the 1997 film ‘Pardes’, in which she was also accompanied by Shahrukh Khan. The film was directed by Subhash Ghai. However, he did not get that success again after this film. The actress married Bobby Mukherjee in 2006 and both parted ways in 2013.

Anupam wrote, ‘I called Mahima Chaudhary from America a month ago to play an important role in my 525th film ‘The Signature’. I was in the US then.
