Having a car in the yard, not just at home, has become a common thing and even in that, due to the epidemic of luxury cars, cars have become a necessity instead of a luxury product. After the epidemic, the growth of auto sales in the top sector, especially in the auto industry, has been in top gear for the last one year. Car sales growth has been steadily moving in double digits for the last two-three months.

Gujarat has become an important market for luxury cars like Mercedes, BMW, Volvo, Money Cooper, Audi, Skoda, Ferrari. With double growth in luxury car sales in Gujarat, the premium car market has accounted for more than 5% of the total car sales. More than 1,200 cars worth Rs 50 lakh to Rs 3.5 crore are being sold in the state every month. Gujarat’s auto industries market is estimated to be more than 2000 crores per month.

The auto expo has been going on for some time now considering the speed with which the demand for luxury cars has started in the sector. After holding two to three premium car expos in Ahmedabad during the current year, auto companies are organizing expos in North Gujarat i.e. Surat.

Gujarat’s volume is more than 10-12% of the total auto sales of the country. While the country’s top three states are included. Auto companies have been attracting customers by introducing attractive models. Companies are lending up to 95 per cent to boost sales. As interest rates are within 9 per cent, there has been an attraction in buying. In the current year alone, four luxury auto expos were held in Gujarat which received good response.

Gujarat has the highest growth of luxury car market
After the epidemic, most auto expos have been held in Gujarat. This year the 4th Expo is being held on 7-8 May in Surat. In which a total of 12 luxurious car companies will participate. The two-day auto expo, which has seen a positive trend in the market, is expected to sell about 20-25 cars. Its average range will be from 65 lakh to 15 crore.
