Instruction to complete the operation quickly after getting approval
In addition, for immediate operation in the city such as water leakage, breakdown and pollution, etc., for the demolition of roads under the defect liability period, the site should be inspected by the Deputy City Engineer of the zone and started without delay without the approval of the Deputy Municipal Commissioner. Instructions have also been given to complete the road reinstatement work as soon as possible as per the technically sound design.

According to the excavation, a road opening permit has to be issued
The road opening permit will have to be issued as per the minimum area excavated on the road under the defect liability period. In addition, under the issued road opening permit, all safety measures should be taken while the work is in progress with adequate barricading with the name of the agency, contractor or corporation.

The work of Purana has to be completed within the time limit
After completion of excavation work within the time limit, it has been asked to plan the road re-installation work in a timely manner as per proper design. The work of all types of service lines carried out by the corporation should include watering, composting properly as well as maintenance of the road for one monsoon as well as inclusion of road reinstate items in the tender specification.
