Success after three years

Speaking of Pyalben, Pyalben Mansukhbhai Kataria, a resident of Arblus village in the taluka, for the first time planted only the superfood quinoa of Trialbase America. Pyalben faced many problems like soil, rain and seeds. However, after three years, the crop was 100 percent successful. Pyalbe says he has been involved with the Atma Project and the Krishi Vigyan Kendra for some time now. From there came information about the new rope. After which I experiment with traditional crops like ragi, cassava, quinoa. Quinoa is America’s crop and it is America’s superfood.

What is Quinoa Super Food?

Speaking of quinoa food, this is a cereal crop. Some people in our country also know this as American millet. So especially in North Gujarat, Kinoa is cultivated but not a single farmer in Saurashtra cultivates this crop. So Pyalban tried to grow quinoa experimentally in 2020 but was not 100% successful. After trying to grow for 3 consecutive years, the year 2022 has achieved 100% success. The cost is negligible in the quinoa part as it does not require any fertilizer or medicine so it can be cow based and organic.
