Market Price: Mustard and soya oil become cheaper, groundnut-soybean rise
Mustard oil, oilseeds and soybean oil prices declined in Delhi oil-oilseeds market. At the same time, groundnut oil-oilseeds, soybean oilseeds prices improved due to domestic demand. Cottonseed, CPO and Palmolein oil prices, including Soyabean Indore and Soyabean Degum oil, remained at their previous levels amid marginal trading. At the same time, the price of lentils increased by Rs 150 per quintal on Monday in Sanyogitaganj Anaj Mandi of Indore as compared to Saturday. Chana Kanta sold cheaper by Rs 50 per quintal.

Informed market sources said crude palm oil (CPO) and palmolein prices remained unchanged due to higher demand. Whereas Soyabean Indore and Soyabean Degum oil prices remained at the previous level amid limited trading volume due to softness in Chicago Exchange and reduced buying at higher prices and closing time of annual accounts nearing. Soyabean Delhi prices declined marginally. Sources said that as the time of annual closing of accounts is approaching, the prices of mustard oil and oilseeds also closed with losses due to limited trading and fall in foreign markets.
