A huge statue of Vighnaharta Ganapati has arrived in Khambhat. Due to which slogans of Ganpati Bapa Moria were echoed throughout the city. Ganapati was worshiped in a huge rally by the Kharwa community. Abal, along with the old man, joined the arrival of Ganapati with great excitement. The Nasik Band was another attraction.




Ganpati festival is specially celebrated by Kharwa, Machhi, and Khalasi community at Khambhat. In it, the glorification of Ganapati and other enthusiasm can be seen among the people of Khalasi society. Today at Khambhat, a large number of townspeople flocked to take a darshan of the 17-feet giant Ganesha by the Kharwa Samaj on the main road of the city and take it to the prospective devotees to establish it in Kharwawad.




However, two years later, after Corona, there was a different enthusiasm among the people who got permission to celebrate Ganpati festival. Especially the sisters of the Kharwa community, in special uniforms, very enthusiastically joined to take Ganapati to the establishment.
